Such an awesome setting! Loved running this game and the players gave awesome feedback! The right amount of everything its Dark, Quirky and clean, What more could you want!! I fleshed it out with some extras in 'the overlooked' hotel part, not needed but a lot of fun!

I have been a fan of Deadlands for a long time. This edition brings the iconic setting to SWADE, making a few changes in mechanics and highlighting the iconic moments that make Deadlands a wonderful setting to set adventures in. It seems this book strikes the perfect balance. It offers new players and GMs a chance to hop in without the need to know the huge amount of lore that came before while remaining interesting and fresh for long time fans.

I like the format of these pregens. Cool background graphics, great art. The option to use them as larger one sided sheets or double sided cards. Awesome! And they cover most of the iconic Deadlands characters. As an accessory to one shots, this is perfect.

Six pages of good content. A complete Arcane Background for Shadow tricksters/assassins, with new powers and slight variations of existing ones to perfectly fit Shadow Manipulation. I love the few proverbs in there, they put you into the shadow assassins' skin :)

These are a great addition to any game that features a chase. It's a nice convenient way to track your maneuvers, and combined with the Mat makes running chases a breeze. I highly recommend this, it even comes with VTT if you just want to play online.

One of my favorite game systems by far, the newest edition of Savage Worlds is a step in the right direction for this great ruleset. The only issue with S.W.A.D.E. is the price point for a physical version. Admittedly, it's not really that bad of an increase but when the previous book was only ten dollars, it did at first glance make me scratch my head a bit. The level of polish and quality of artwork within,however   makes a solid case for the costs. Pick it up, since it is fast, furious, fun and incredibly adaptable to anything you can dream of running at your table!

A short and fast set of alternative to going the full Weird Science + Artificer route for low-powered alchemy. You could even put both in your setting for different kinds of alchemy. I tried it and liked the results. Jenn and Kristian understand Savage Worlds quite well and it shows once more with this supplement.

For quickly putting together a dungeon crawl adventure or scene, this product offers a card draw mechanic that is easy to use but produces a wide variety of interesting results. The way that it breaks down dungeons into different types is pretty clever: It gives you a table per type and with that different results for the cards, making it still generic enough to be adapted to your specific adventure but specific enough to be interesting and make sense in your setting. Instant Encounters doesn't include a bestiary or something similar so you need to look elsewhere for the actual stats. No rating penalty for this since that'd be way out of the scope of such a small product and you probably already got a bestiary with the setting you're playing anyway.

I'm very surprised about the reaction of this publisher. He understood the criticism and he worked on a solution willingly. So I am absolutely grateful as a RPG GM and fully satisfied as a customer.

Now, you can find Argentinean pregens ready to play and plot tweaks in order to run the adventure from Argentinean side.

I would like to point a little typo. Eagle Eyes character name translation into Spanish is displayed as Ojos de Guila. You must use Ojos de Águila or Ojos de Aguila (I think is a problem related to the used font itself. You can write vocals with no marked accents in Spanish when you use capital letters).

-------Original review---------- I was very excited about this adventure because of the action happens in a interesting historical frame. The adventure is very straightforward but this is not a problem if you plan to run a oneshot. I made the decision of purchasing this PDF when I read about the adventure is ready to play with British or Argentinean soldiers but the real thing is that you only will find British pregen characters and if you create some Argentinean PC's, the players will find themselves fighting against compatriots under von Wilstein command with no special indications on how you (or they) can deal with it.

This adventure is very suitable if you plan to run it for British soldiers but you will have to put some work on it if you want to surprise your players with Argentinean characters. A bunch of Argentinean pregens and some kind of a plot tweak for playing from Argentinean side would be essential.

Anyway 3 stars for Operation Thule.

An awesome bestiary for modern day horror game. Many of the monsters can certainly be used in other eras with little or no adjustments. The statblocks / abilities are well though-out and the art perfectly fits the theme. Hooks provided for each entry may help spur the imagination of many a GM.

Excellent writing! I didn't exactly know what to expect, as I wasn't particularly convinced myself by the Specialization Rule. But Donovan's work enlightened me, I am now ready to use Specialization where it matters. It also clarified a few points about Familiarization. Very well thought out, very good examples. A must have for Worlds/Settings Builders.

A really great product that lets you have that old school feel to exploring dungeons in Savage Worlds. I love the Breathers and Breaks! Great job!

Just played the first game where I threw a party of late Novice/early Seasoned players against an Allosaur, and it worked really well. I was a bit worried it might be too much, but it turned out to be a perfectly good challenge for the party. Thanks for helping an epic scene happen!

Only thing I am missing is some sort of Intimidate and/or Fear ability. I think this is something every at least carnivore, but also many herbivores, would be able to do reasonably well.

I would also appreciate if you would also include some of the bonuses and penalties that result from a specific size, such as +1 wound.

Even though I only used the Fancy Combat Maneuvers rule, it was well worth the purchase. It is a simple, elegant, yet powerful and inspiring solution to a problem I had - making combat in combat-heavy games of SW even more interesting.
