A clever heist adventure set in a well fleshed out city. The three hits are well structured, with interesting areas to explore and NPCs to deal with. There's enough space here for a beginner DM to run a neat, tight one shot or for an experienced DM to build out a sandbox. Be careful, though. As written, this is an adventure for morally dubious groups. Upstanding citizens will 100% end up way off the track of the adventure and require a good DM with some improv skills to handle.
I might consider running this together with "Here's to Crime", my go to supplement for heist adventures.
