If you want something quick to deploy as a one shot and you're looking for an eastern flavor, pick this up. I sometimes have a problem of forming a cohesive idea in my head and this gave me just enough details to inspire more ideas. I added my own tweaks here and there and let the players loose in the pagoda. I ran this on Roll20 on a Monday night it was perfect for a weeknight game if you only have a couple hours to spare. There is even a roll table included with weapons and items that are flavored to the module. It is worth it along for the cool artwork!

Crypt of Anubis is well worth your consideration and time, offering GM’s a short adventure if you’re short on prep time. The artwork alone is worth the price they’re asking. The pulp comic style is very well done and really adds to the generally dark theme of this adventure. That isn’t the say the content is secondary to the art. The information is provided in bullet form and there is just enough detail to set up the scenario while still leaving it open enough for GM’s to elaborate on, or reskin, to their needs. True to the DIY ICRPG philosophy and presented in a very clean and tidy way.

I had the pleasure of playing this adventure in a game run by one of the authors and we had a great time. The timers in each room really impressed on us that we needed to take decisive action. I’ll be using this to introduce new players to ICRPG!

This is a must buy for any RPG enthusiast. It has been said before in the previous reviews but this book is worth its weight in gold!. So concise and directly to the point. This book is jam packed full of solid advice and inspiration. If you are on the fence about purchasing this product, allow me to shove you over to the "BUY IT" side.
